73rd National Square Dance Convention®
June 26^th – 29^th, 2024

Dear Convention Attendees:

We have negotiated special discounted room rates for your stay at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center Hotel or at the Hyatt Regency Hotel during our Convention (June 26^th – 29^th, 2024) of $169.00 per night with double occupancy (plus taxes & fees). Both hotels are connected to the Baird Center (formerly the Wisconsin Center) via skywalk.

Before you proceed, have you filled out the Long Form Registration and paid your registration fee? If you have not, please click the Long Form Registration link below to register. Proceeding to reserve a hotel room using the convention discount without a completed long form may result in your hotel reservation being canceled. If you have already completed the Long Form Registration, please proceed to the next section.

Review the two hotels below and select your preference. The Hyatt is the preferred caller hotel. If you encounter any difficulties in reserving your room, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Hilton Milwaukee City Center

• The Hilton discounted rate is good for Saturday, June 22^nd through Monday, July 1, 2024.
  • Stays before or after those dates at “best available rate”
• Discounted rate includes parking with in/out privileges for $5.00/day
  • Disregard the standard parking fee listed on the Hilton hotel details web page and confirm the $5.00 daily rate for our event with the agent at the desk upon check in
• Pets up to 75 pounds welcome for a one-time $75 fee
  • Please be advised that when you select to “Register at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center” you will be taken to the “Select A Room” page.  You will see a link to the “Hotel Details” link which refers to a $50 non-refundable fee.  That is the Hilton’s standard rate per day for a pet.  The 73^rd NSDC has negotiated a one-time non-refundable fee of $75 per guest room for pets.  When you check in with your pet, please verify the $75 rate is being charged to your room.

• Community microwave is available on the 6^th floor
• Housekeeping available upon request

Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

• The Hyatt discounted rate is good for Sunday, June 23^rd through Sunday, June 30^th, 2024
  • Stays before or after those dates at “best available rate”
• The Hyatt is the preferred dance leader hotel and is the location of the GSI Caller’s School
• No discounted parking available
• Pets are welcome for an additional $40 per night fee
• Double rooms have two queen beds
• Rooms have refrigerators
• Community microwaves are available on each floor
• Housekeeping available upon request
